The Baltic 60 Neverland (ex Mattone) is one of the best cruisers ever launched by the Finnish Baltic Yachts shipyard. Built in sandwich of isophthalic resin, glass and aramid fiber, she’s the first of two twin hulls. The boat was initially delivered to its owner in 1998 and since then has not ceased to inspire charm and beauty in everyone who had the pleasure of seeing her sailing. Neverland passed her first refit with the experienced team of “Braintencance” at Vismara Marine in 2012.

In the late fall of 2015 she returned to Vismara Marine for her second extensive refit.
During that refit the hull was re-painted, the teak deck passed a full check and was re-sealed where necessary, all equipment and systems on board were fully inspected

The deck layout underwent considerable changes to give more space and livability to the guests onboard. Also in the 2012 refit, the central cockpit underwent modifications to provide better comfort to guests. In 2015 refit all lines were headed back to the aft cockpit close to the steering wheel.

At the same time the total numbers of lines were also reduced thanks to the new sail plan with in-boom furling mainsail. The halyards were also headed back to the aft cockpit to allow the crew to comfortably maneuver in all conditions.

All boat modifications were designed and implemented to make the boat easy to handle with a small crew, even in long distance trips. Following the same philosophy of easy sailing with a small crew, the aft cabin, originally the crew accommodation, was also modified to provide more space for the watermaker. This allow to free up free up space in the garage compartment to accommodate a small custom built tender produced by the master artisans of the Checchi shipyard.
